(friendly fire/hardcore salsa) all 4 tracks are different, the a1 is a hard stomping loop with a nice melody. a2 is the hardest track, just forward with a lot small breaks to push the crowd. b1 you will find another hardtechno tune with a very good vocalwork >stop me if you can<. b2 reminds a little bit to the older technostuff

after his fulminant releases on alphahouse and sued electronic kai presents his debut ep on enliven music. its a wondeful techhouse to minimal techno tune with sampling collages and an athletic groove. enliven music is also proud to welcome sr. replicante with his remix of breakdown !!

the royal we are six young dreamers who came together in early 2006, under inevitable glasgow rain to plot and do stuff and hang out in cafes as if in a godard movie. things still seemed to coincide and very quickly they had a bunch of pop songs, albeit an older, odder kind of pop reminiscent of the experimental pop of orange juice or esg or even the raincoats. the band signed to domino records imprint label geographic and are due to release their stunning debut self titled album soon. this is preceded by a special 7inch single, the fantastic all the rage. the track encapsulates their staggered swagger perfectly, glam on the cheap, sassy and fun the perfect pop moment.

dave dk has been buried in his studio the last couple of months fine tuning his debut album lights and colours for moodmusic. its almost ready and here we have the first single coming on strong from this talented producer. sweet yellow takes on where he left with okinawa dance on mood limited and midi rain on playhouse slow building, complex grooves keeping the floor nailed from the first moment on, building an anthem with strong synthlines and his trademark sounddesign of effects and percussion. prism is more housier in the beetz department, while building on vocal snippets and chugging keys keeping the tension on high alert. taking the best of the past and combining it with futuristic themes we are sure dave will be up for big things in the future

3rd ep off the double disc mixed by grammy award winner louie vega. basils classic city streets is up first with kerri chandler turning out his smooth inspirational mix of this nu groove 1991 original classic release. his mix goes a little deeper than the original full spoken vocal but includes a jazzy saxophone and a heavier bass line making the track move along a little easier. some tribal beats and some thunder are added to really create the atmosphere & veritable feel of the rain. the late great house music singer sabrynaah pope sings her heart out on hold on. this is the actual original re issue from 1994 and still being played. other 2 singles that you will find on the vinyl ep are mood ii swing feat. carol sylvan, closer as well as the global no1 dance hit by blaze feat. barbara tucker most precious love. all these well known tunes make for an incredible set of throw backs coming from a very special album mixed by one of the worldwide legends of dance music
